IDRO SERIES

CSE offers a range of industrial boilers for processes that need hot water. The Idro boiler consists of a step grate burner, complete with combustion chamber, automatic fuel feeding, automatic ignition, automatic ash extraction, and an integrated heat exchanger to deliver hot water.

The Idro boilers from CSE are available with a full set of auxiliary technologies that make them state-of-the-art systems. We offer units that are able to burn wood pellets, wood chips (up to G50 Spec) or any other suitable biomass residues like nutshells or fruit pips (we can assist in assessing the suitability of any biomass as fuel source).

The boilers we offer are designed and engineered by PelleTech®, a leading European biomass company. Our standard model range includes units from 150kW up to 2.2MW.

Hot Water Boiler

FEATURES

  1. Double auger feeding system equipped with a safety device which maintains the continuous seal between the stocking device and the fuel line and prevents the back flow in the fuel line and the fuel tank (Back burn Protection System, BPS). Reinforced auger for large diameter fuel supply with the ability of transferring even wood chips of type G50.
  2. Walking floor secondary ash removal for under grate ash removal. system-free moving grate mechanism. (*1150/1750/2200 kW versions)
  3. Primary combustion air supply via blower fan through the hydraulic  moving grate mechanism.
  4. High chromium cast steel burner system with multiple levels of moving grate, which allows the combustion, even of increased humidity, biomass up to 35%. The grate speed is adjusted according to the requested output power.
  5. Combustion chamber made of refractory concrete wall lining, ensuring the best of the efficiency is provided to the heat exchanger.
  6. The dual level air inlets for secondary combustion air, ensure even more controlled air flows together with the primary combustion air to optimize the combustion quality and increase efficiency.
  7. Vertical heat exchanger of 2-way pass of the flue gasses.
  8. Automatic system for ash cleaning with augers inside the combustion chamber and extraction to ash containers or in the central waste collection system.
  9. Automatic system for ash cleaning with augers inside the heat exchanger and extraction to an ash container or in the central waste collection system.
  10. Electronically controlled turbulators that not only clean the heat exchanger but changes the route of gases ensuring smoother boiler start-up and greater efficiency with minimal down time.
  11. Inspection / maintenance manholes of the heat exchanger.
