SPACE HEATING SOLUTIONS

CSE offers specially-designed air heaters that can be used for a variety of agricultural and industrial space heating applications. The air heaters from CSE are designed and engineered by PelleTech®, a leading European biomass company, and they are available with a full set of auxiliary technologies that make them state-of-the-art systems. 

The Aero heater is available in 150 kW, 200 kW, 350 kW and 500 kW models and consists of a step grate burner, complete with combustion chamber, automatic fuel feeding, automatic ash extraction, and an integrated heat exchanger to deliver hot air. The Aero heater can burn wood pellets, wood chips (up to G50 Spec) or any other suitable biomass residues like nutshells or fruit pips (we can assist in assessing the suitability of any biomass as fuel source)

The Agro heater is available in 200 kW and 350 kW models and consists of an understoker-type burner, complete with combustion chamber, automatic fuel feeding, automatic ash extraction, and an integrated heat exchanger to deliver hot air. The Agro heater is designed to burn wood pellets.

AERO FEATURES

  1. The cast iron moving grate system with variable speed allows the efficient combustion of biomass with a moisture content of up to 35%.
  2. Independently-controlled fans for primary and secondary combustion.
  3. Air inlets for secondary combustion air supply. Secondary combustion air control ensures optimal ignition and combustion efficiency.
  4. Reinforced auger for reliable fuel supply.
  5. Automated fuel supply system with an integrated safety device that maintains a continuous seal between the fuel line and the combustion chamber for protection against back burn.
  6. Reliable and energy-efficient auger motor.
  7. Automatic ash extraction system that removes ash from the combustion chamber and deposits it in an external ash container.
  8. Bimetallic combustion chamber made of stainless steel and coated with cast iron. This protects the burner walls against chemical degradation and thermal stress.
  9. Heat exchanger with multiple passes.
  10. Door for heat exchanger inspection and cleaning. An optional automatic pneumatic cleaning system can be installed.
  11. Electronically-controlled exhaust fan.
  12. Dual centrifugal fans for air supply.
  13. Hot air blower for automatic rapid ignition of fuel.
  14. Touch screen panel for control and programming, additionally with remote connection over the internet.
  15. Hot air outlet duct.
